OK , now I know where to get the ink , what should I get?I have 10 tats and each one means something to me.My latest was to celebrate 2 years clean. Now I want a vegan or AR theme.I was thinking of the little liberator or maybe atraditional design with a heart that says vegan in it.I ttotally cannot draw so I need to have a good idea of what I want before I go.Any suggestions?

Nah - it's all good, Shawn. It's what I was asking. I guess I just don't run with the types who do the "cool hipsters tattoos" like you guys do, so I just wanted to get a feel for the overall attitude. Guaranteed if I asked my friends about getting a star, they'd be all "Hey, that's cool!" and not all "You suck, poser." Getting the opinions of others is what I was...

I was able to go off my allergy shots and medication not long after becoming vegan, and I don't get sick even when my housemates bring the bug home with them. It's nice. I used to get sick all the time. I missed 30 days of high school my senior year!

It looks remarkably good to me. Iron seems a bit high - a plus for people who bleed regularly (most women), not so much for those who don't (most men), but YMMV, a blood test would tell you if you're getting too much iron. Why would you want your calcium to be higher than 100% of the RDI? Nuts can be a good source of Vit. E also, don't know if Brazil nuts specifically are, but you might be ...

1) are you sure you're not pregnant? if so, 2) are you sure you're getting enough calories for your height/activity level? Theres a thread about menstrual cycle which mentions fluctuations based on diet here though it's mostly discussing the effect of a raw diet on them. Might be useful to take a glance though.

I went for a walk/run today - 1 hour and 20 minutes! It felt really great. I don't normally exercise for that long at one time. I live in Florida, so it is really hot most of the time. Today, it was cool outside though. I hope that it will stay that way for a while. Anybody ever watch "The Biggest Loser" on TV? It is really inspirational.

That's really interesting! Do you think your doctor would be open to any information you would bring her? Do you have anywhere near you that has or uses the Thermograms?
