I am not sure about home made, but seeing that you are from Canada, I can recommend Licks Natural Burgers (from the licks food chain). They cost me $7.99 for 4 burgers, which is a little expensive, but they are definitely worth it. I
can't get enough of them! They are 210 cal with 17 grams of protein, 8 carbs and 11 grams of fat per burger. They stand up to BBQ as well as a flesh burger....

My chilli is always very basic as I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals but it's still lovely.
Saute some red onions, mushrooms, red pepper and fresh garlic.
Add in the 'mince', some fresh tomatoes and a little tomato juice.
Add in the
kidney beans in chilli sauce which stops it from being dry.
Serve with a little rice.
Simple. Easy. Delicious.

Absolutely divine. Thanks for posting.
Mushrooms are my favourite vegetable, curry is my favourite meal so you couldn't really go wrong here.

I've got some blocks of lite firm tofu and was planning on having them marinaded with spices and baked. One simple dish I was going to do was dump on some really decent organic
tomato sauce onto slices of lite firm tofu, maybe add a little Daiya cheese on top.
The idea is quick and easy and to make enough so that it lasts me for a bit. That way when I go from my day job to my night job ...

Wouldn't worry about it going off - it'll be fine for years after the best before date. I used to use it as a substitute for sugar in
bread making.

nothing in particular, but lots of these:
garlic
ginger
chili
steamed greens
fruit
fresh pineapple before meals seems to reduce congestion, and gargling with cayenne pepper and hot water mixture works well on a sore throat. _________________ ::eat y'self fitter::
