Hi Sal I hope you find an answer. I've suffered with this for the last fourteen years (came in in pregnancy, never went away) and am now on daily medication for it. Diet changes have helped me a lot - cutting out all fried food was a biggie, vegetable oil is a very bad trigger. I have, if it's any help, found that the symptoms of reduced digestion have gone now. Might be worth asking your GP to try you on histamine receptor blockers...

My sweat stinks like hippy students, stale beer and garlic. Use the Original Source Sea Kelp and White Tea deo, you know its good because it has a vegan logo on the back.

I use Natio roll-on. I'm not sure if you can buy it outside Australia, so that might not be any help to you..

put me in the 'rarely use it' camp. second choice is talcum powder. third choice, if i am going to be carrying bricks in the desert or something, is a stick of old spice deoderant that has lasted about 5 years so far. (i think it's probably non-vegan, when i do buy more i'll probably get Toms of Maine) _________________ Arf! Arf! Grrrr! Arf!

Hi All,
Apologies for this being long. Just wondering if some of you good people could help me clear my spinning head, whilst I try to work out what's happening.
I've been eating a wholly vegan diet now for just over 7 months, vegetarian for 12 years. The changeover was easy and no digestive problems (I've never had a digestion problem). About 3 months in I developed what the ...

Testing & ingredients are completely different issues, so I wouldn't buy it myself.
If you want something that's certified vegan & available on the high street / in supermarkets then your best bet is Original Source (most of their range is vegan but not all, so check for Vegan Society logo). Lots of their stuff is BOGOF in Sainsburys at the moment

Thankfully, I'm not a heavy sweater and my sweat doesn't really smell too bad, so I can generally go without.
I've heard that some vegans sweat smells rather nice, but that may be just rumor.

I've taken it for years. It's more something I notice when I've run out or been on holiday for a few weeks and haven't been taking it - I'll feel weaker and slower. As far as brands go just go for pure creatine monohydrate, ideally the creapure form which is made in Germany rather than China, in which case it doesn't really matter what brand - just hunt around for the best price. I won't pay any ...

It depends on the amounts! In low amounts: yes!
But why does it mater? what does some extra carbohydrates mater in bread consisting of mostly just carbohydrates? The Glycemic index (GI) will not differ much anyways.. The type of flour, seeds and stuff you put in the bread will have a much greater impact... _________________ Not cool! Totaly lame...
