Shit session. No bounce, no elasticity, no spring. Feeling my age. failed a couple of presses at 80 and then faileda couple of cleans at 70. Well, consistentcy is the key eh??!! Knocked off a few lack lustre deads which worried my back. Felt totally defeated by now and needed something new so tried corner presses. Most excellent bit of fun. Worked up to a set of 50 on a twenty bar. Great time was had getting the bar onto and off my shoulders....

emm, thanks! I'm not very successful at juggling all of those things, but I'm trying. I'm especially hoping that the running will get easier soon. I want my passion for running to return, and I'm not there yet...maybe once all of the aches and pains go away. Mr.C, when I was in residency, I used to always anticipate my pager going off and dreaded being all call. Call is much better now. I actually rarely get called, and if...

Got some good tips from that; Use more leg drive on overhead - go pretty much full squat and drive up slowly. Pat people on the back during farmers to give them encouragement. Pink top ladies should be enticed to Unit20 in order to raise test levels. Naturally.

went for a run with my friend Hui. it was her first time running in years so we ended up walking at least half of it haha but it was nice getting to know her better. I don't know an exact time for actual running but the whole outing was less than an hour. was going to go lift weights at the gym but then found out some shitty fucking news and now my mood is ruined.

Al o's 4 weeks to race day
Published (2009-11-10 08:50:00)
Hard session today. Did a few intervals at about 88 to90percent maxHR on the flat. 4min on 3 mins off*4 after 20minutes warmup. 1st one was bloody tough but the 2nd 2 felt a bit easier as my body got used to the discomfort. 4th was a bit hard as I started getting a bit tired... Then headed to Rapaki (10 mins past Govs) with some nice pinch climbs and some uphill sprints to give my legs some more punishment. Legs were quite fatigued by this...

I love easy days!
6.5 miles with heart rate around 140.
I guess it wasn't all easy. Got home and did weights for my upper body.

Hi,
good to see you started a logg!!
some questions:
are the first series with dumbels? (as bench press 3 x 5)
I'm not the food expert on this forum, but to me it looks like you eat very little. and no carbohidrate (pasta, bread, rice,...). Is this a normal day for you?
keep up your logg!! _________________ support this wonderfull organisation:

Time for another new log. Taekwondo seems to be the only exercise I'm doing don;t have the time or energy for other things at the moment so the log will focus on that.
Perhaps when there's no classes over Christmas I'll dabble in a bit of running, we'll see.
I graded to red stripe back in about March. It took about a month or more before we got taught the new syllabus stuff and I ...

It's a pitty that many athletes have to go to these face,..
Many people left sports behind after over training.
Hope you'll refind pleasure and reach your goals without falling over the thin line of overtraining
good luck!! _________________ support this wonderfull organisation:
