pm 8miles easy 1hr

pm 4miles easy + strides 30min
W am 2mile jog 20min
pm 7miles including
Croxteth Park 5k. Ran 16min27 to come 6th out of 130. Very windy so time was slow.
T am 4miles easy 30min
pm 6miles including track session - 12 x 400m with 75second recoveries. All done between 70 and 72 seconds. Tough session....

Pretty much back up to speed now - did my pressing and clean deads as per 5/3/1, but will drop the fronties back a couple of cycles and work back up as they're not quite there yet. Was pretty much on the verge of stalling before the move anyway, so
no big loss.

Clean day.
Trained with albin today. Went better than usual I think. Got a rep PB on frontsquats with a fiver at 100kg. Felt slightly less weak than usual on hte
incline bench. Clean technique didnt feel too good though.
Hang cleans:
60kg: 6x3
Snatch pulls:
60kg: 3x3
Front squats:
90kg: 1x5, 100kg: 1x5, 1x4,1x3
Incline bench (slight pause):
70kg: 2x5, 1x4

some questions:
are the first series with dumbels? (as bench press 3 x 5)
I'm not the food expert on this forum, but to me it looks like you eat very little. and no carbohidrate (pasta, bread, rice,...). Is this a normal day for you?
