Tomorrow ! Unfortunately the homepage is so crap they dont have a list of participants. All I know is that Steiner is not competing, pulled out after a dissapointing performance in the german championships.

This will be a great list if enough people contribute, it doesn’t matter how much you lift! It doesn’t matter how strong you are. Get yourself on the list and try and beat the person one up. Good goals there mate. I have one overarching goal, and that is to be at the same strength level i was last summer by the next summer + leaner, faster and fitter, which should mean that i will be a better strongman than last year. No reason why i cant do it, but at the same time i cant rush it so that i dont regress with my injury rehab. But proper lifting PBs wont be popping...

Have you noticed ever that some warm ups are harder than your first "working sets"? I do this a lot. Basically sometimes I approach the weight maybe too relaxed and then it feels heavy. I up the weight, get THE FEAR of failing in my head, and get much more fired up and nail it better than the warm up. Do you have any of these magical weights when your head kicks in? Like on ...
