What about protein bars? Buzz and JP sell Soya Protein and Clif bars which have over 20grams per bar. I get Soya isolate (chocolate & Strawberry) from holland & Barrett which I mix with half water then
soya milk in a shaker, which means it doesn't clump and needs no blending, which is damn good and about 60grams of protein
