I think for most purposes training the abs everyday is not really optimal. Planks and ab rollouts (with a wheel or stability ball) are some of the most
functional exercises for core strength so you could focus on them. Other good core strengthening exercises are glute bridges (can be done on a stability ball as well) and bird dogs.

I haven't heard of one, but I think using a length of chain and a carabiner with some towel or
foam padding around your ankle would get the job done. You could also invest in some heavy duty jump stretch/iron woody or equivalent bands.

many ways to look at it really
1. yes, its good, keep at it!
2. no, its shit, keep at it!
3. Its all relative and
what counts is the progress
But what its worth i think thats a nice start - so: keep at it
as a comparison point, your lifts are about as much as .flux does as well, but she only lifts properly like once in a blue moon - but then again has a ...

i'm a noob with all this, but my guess is if you squat with
dumbells, you likely have the weight down around your knees. when you squat with a barbell you have it up by your shoulders. there's a difference in how weight will feel up high vs low. also the total wieght is connected rather than being 2 independent weights.
I stopped using dumbells since I began the 5x5. I prefer the bar. ...

hey tricky question and thats why i think no one dared to answer
personally i would leave the suggestions about the shoulder rehab and work to someone who knows your injury, a physio etc.
but in general, perhaps better not to think about
tricep or bicep work and so on, but perhaps use bigger compound movements to build your overall strength.
Many strength trainers never ...

not sure if this is what you are getting at but i think
sledgehammer is best done for conditioning rather than gaining mass. I wouldn't use a hammer that's too heavy.
tbh it looks like a great way to fuck your shoulder up, imo

man, some of those certificates and qualifications are really worth nothing. One can get them from couple weeks of training - maybe even remotely!
Erske is a kick ass nutritionist, but still get doubters I guess qualifications like that dont silence the critics if they have their
mind made up.
