I cut my forearm and needed stitches so I went to the emergency room. I waited for 6 hours before the doctor came in. The cut actually healed shut while waiting. The doctor had to pry open the cut to see how deep it was and then said "yep, you need a few stitches" I don't blame my insurance company though.

I find it interesting that the democrat party started out as being the "white man's party" and the republican party was considered "negro dominated".. The interesting thing is that African Americans were largely REPUBLICAN until FDR at which point they began migrating towards the democrat party until the 60's when a few too many republicans found themselves on the wrong side of the civil rights...

Seems that Ms. Barr decided to take on the black church's vote against gay marriage in California. How very un-politically correct of you Rose! First the facts (of course): Proposition 8 was a referendum to override a California supreme court decision to permit gay marriage. A vote FOR prop 8 was a vote to ban gay marriage by changing the California constitution. "....an ...

I thought it might be interesting to in a FUN way point out some of the mixed signals we send here sometimes with our political views. Example: Some on the right feel that the Big 3 should be saved, yet the Republicans clearly dont seem at all interested in doing so. These same people are often out spoken about Anti Obama feelings yet he supports helping the Big 3 ?? Another? ...

I don't think anyone has actually killed themself because their political party lost an election. Usually it is a failure of some kind, their business, marriage, career. Maybe they are trying to cheat a deathly disease. But more probably a failure of some kind. Is the failure thier fault? Is it something out of their control and they feel totally helpless? What stops some people while ...

Communist America! We Are Living the Communist Manifesto! "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known, and he carries his banners openly. I am a student of history. Professionally. I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied it all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes these exist, but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus. ...

How can we as a society move beyond our alliances to the democrat and republican parties? Really... How do we ...
