height="100%"> Sorry, I forgot we're not allowed a differing opinion over here. Unfortunately I truly was 'sleepless in Seattle' too which was a shame as I really would rather have spent the trip asleep in bed than going round that place, I just found it really dull and unexciting. Locutus, San Fran knocks Seatle for six IMO but you're doing the right thing. You've got to go to these places, it's the...

height="100%"> The Address at Burj Dubai would be good for the fountains, Old Town and Dubai Mall. Another Address Hotel has also recently opened at the Marina - there is so much choice now (a 60 floor Rotana is due to open soon). Good luck

height="100%"> quote: Originally posted by daywalker I didn't like Seattle myself, couldn't wait to get out of there. HOW VERY DARE YOU! Hmmmpf... A few thoughts: * The Hyatt at Olive 8 just opened...looks lovely. I had Thanksgiving dinner at their restaurant and it was quite good. * The Fairmont has the largest rooms in town...not a design-forward place, much more grand hotel * The Four Seasons is truly lovely. Also...

height="100%"> The Westin or the W get my vote. Both are in easy walking of Union square/Pike Street and a little walk to the seafront and Pike Place market. Is there a side of Seattle that you'd rather be closer to? Thanks, Sarah

height="100%"> The first time I stayed in Seattle Priceline gave me the West Coast Vance. Avoid it at all cost!! It was branded as a 3* but the 2* (according to Priceline) Sixth Avenue hotel was far superior. We ended up having breakfast there

height="100%"> Some do, its all dependant on availibilty. You could ask the hotel if they'll do a 'half day' rate to enable you to check in when you arrive? Thanks, Sarah

height="100%"> I can only answer a small portion of your questions. Februarey is an excellent month - I go to Dubai every February for my Birthday and have done for last 10 years. Warm during the day and cool enough to enyoy alfreso dining in the evening. I persoanlly would not drive in UAE let alone Dubai - crazy drivers. I use a hotel car (noemally stay at The Residence part of The ...

height="100%"> I Parked there for one night back in March before moving to the T3 Business car park the following day. The car park is in the basement on two floors. The hotel does offer park & fly packages but I'm sure I read somewhere this is offsite, judging by the amount of vehicles in there (or lack of) I guess this to be true. -Steve

height="100%"> My lot had a week at the Athena Beach Hotel spring last year and enjoyed it. Just checked on Trip Advisor and it is rated 16th of 110 hotels around Paphos. Usual TA stuff - most recent two ratings, one 1 star and one 5 star! Different strokes for different folks. Not sure about kitchenette availability however.
