height="100%"> IIRC the AVML in UC at the moment is Saag Paneer and chickpea curry served with rice. It is very nice so I would recommend it. You will have a choice of three entrees in UC as well as on the LHR - LAX route you will have the smaller bites. If you are flying near Christmas then the new menu will be onboard by then. Maybe wait until you know what the choices will be and then decide whether to order the AVML or not.
