Quote, originally posted by spoolin215 » My business partner is setting it up. TBH I can't even recall their name right now. Based out of Philly. He met them at a Summit conference I believe. i actually trained under steve maxwell who was based in philly at the time. i dont know if he is still there, but it was money very well spent

what you need to do, is assume the position as you were on the couch. put a box of ice cream on your belly, put a straw in it, wait for it to melt, slurp it down. repeat daily for 1 month.

I like how juice is automatically added to any discussion. A few of the guys at my gym lift with shirts, briefs and suits. Obviously the craziest and most ridiculous lifts happen when equipped. Just be aware that you need to train with gear in mind. Learn new movement patterns, how to wear the gear to get the most effect, have raw and geared training phases. It's also not cheap and you have to have it sized correctly. If I was serious...

Going to the gym tonight for deads. Finally nothing is sore to the point of annoyance. Do you guys get an adrenaline rush or sort of a flight/fight response with lifting really heavy weight? I ask this because when I am really strugging to push myself with weights, sometimes I get this really weird feeling like I am getting super pissed off or like I am going to cry. So, most of you guys are ...males, so I assume you don't feel like you...

you will be able to work harder and more often on gear without losing as much muscle as without. You will not only gain faster due to keeping your body in a growing phase rather than having it start eating itself as you approach your natural genetic potential, but you will likely surpass what your natural genetic potential would allow in the first place. If it's your cup of tea, push your self ...

It's amazing that you are still alive to type that. 10g fish oil is totally fine. I think there may be diminishing returns after at a few grams, though.

If you just work out and don't do anything related to stamina, sports, some sort of physical activity where you're working out benefits you, I'd say you ain't an athlete. However if you actually train for a purpose other then looking at yourself in the mirror you are an athlete. The key word imo is training vs working out, athletes train, body builders work out
