The understanding was if I didn't like the car when seen I would walk away with my deposit. The drive home was interesting, cruise on, handbook on my lap. The car came with the remainder of the Audi warranty..

I contacted VW CC on several occasions and was speaking to Lorraine in the empowerment team but to be honest they just inflamed the situation. The Brand Manager lied to them and they believed him I asked them to get the dealer to sort out missing paperwork and poor repairs but they said they could only ask and couldn't force them to do anything! Hi Did you know that Audi main dealers at the moment are doing an offer of a service from £99.00 on all cars over 3 years old if engine is below 2000cc.

I've had mixed experiences with Advantage. Been good for warranty work and sorted out a goodwill issue recently for me. On other hand much more expensive than Specialist Cars in Fife. I got quotes for my second longlife service and Adv were nearly £100 dearer Specialist Cars ain't perfect either they quoted me for brakes when it went in for forst MOT. It did'nt even nearly need them I'm just about needing another service...

My car was for sale by Teesside, paid a deposit over the phone and paid the rest when I saw the car and all was fine. Drove the car back to Northern Ireland and if it needs any warranty work, its just treated like an original NI car Chris

Yes just purchased a new front bumper for my B5.5 Passat. VW quoted an awful lot more (about £300+) whereas Volkswagenspares quoted £130. It took a couple of weeks to come but is perfect, sat in the garage ready for paint The original post was over a month ago now.

Maybe they should be called DISadvantage VW Stirling? And I bet they kept calling you "Sir" that really P me off.
