He's putting his reputation on the line. He will finish next season either a hero or more than likely a has been. I don't think many of the drivers that have'nt raced aginst Schumacher will be in awe of him as drivers of the past were and so his bullying tactics won't work.

As someone who works in property maintenance, I'd say a new kitchen is required. The ceiling may be clean up and be re-painted, as long as no wood has been damaged/burnt near it. Behind the cooker will need sorting, it may need replastering depending on the damage, and I can't tell without seeing it. Anything that's charred will need to be removed, as the burnt smell won't disappear. I'd never buy a burned out house...

Hi Stuart,
That looks like a very fair and concise letter to me - I hope you get the result it deserves. I've just been looking at the place in question on Google maps, and as you'll know, that area gets loads of motorcycle traffic as well as cars - any bike, dropping into that hole could end in disaster, so I hope ERCC get their act together pronto.
Good luck.

Sorry to hear of your nightmare for Christmas. I would just let the insurance company do their thing. They are pretty good with this sort of thing. Be very nice to your wife, this may have shaken you both up more than you realise. Good luck.

Worst - Austin Princess - dead as a dead thing, made the Morris Marina look good.
Best - Lancia Delta Turbo HF ie- The most alive car I've ever driven. So alive you could feel its beating heart.

All I can say is be carefully what you wish for, it may come true. They were on about a white Christmas last night on the BBC saying how wonderful it would be. Are they mad! 2 flakes of snow fall and the country grinds to a halt. Can you imagine the chaos if it snowed on Christmas Eve through until Boxing Day, it would be absolute mayhem out there. The emergency and other road services will be...

Hi...First time with DSG 6 speed Box in the Snow and was to be honest very disapointed, flat roads not to bad but at a slight incline -- No Chance no traction no grip. Strange to in DSG mode box would't move to second to give more grip, and with no "snow button" or second gear to select the first slight incline took a embarassing 45 minutes 20 yards covered, the car just skided from side to side,...

I don't. 48 on the 22nd... I'm just too old.
Best of luck with it though Rob, I think its great that so many people give up so much of their spare time to not only compete in the race, but complete all the prior training that goes with it. And its all for charity!
