Finally got hold of the Sansa Clip+ 4GB, the follow up to the "audiophile's"
digital audio player the Sansa Clip. This product was launched on Sept 1 and only available at Bestbuy in USA during the first week. Got this at US$49 off the shelves at the shop. Thats below SG$70.

Hi, i was wondering which set of 2.0 is a pretty decent
all rounder for music and movies as my dad is looking to throw away our floor stands cos mom complaining that wood disintegrating everywhere

From my experience, I felt using a more powerful amplifier with a lower power speaker an easier choice coz you can attain better details / separation or dynamics at a lower volume. But if with an under powered amp, you might need to increase volume to a certain peak for better dynamics and slam which might cause
clipping to your speakers. I'm not an engineer and know nuts about specs...
