You missed our announcements on the sale? You are, of course, still eligible to receive the sale pricing.
We are treating the new pricing as any other promotion - you can get the new pricing by upgrading your plan or by
trading-up billing cycles (if you are already on an annual or biennial billing cycle we can apply the sale pricing toward your next renewal).

OpenVZ, whereas with Xen there are no hard limits that I'm aware of.
Apart from that, other limits you may encounter will center around your technical capabilities. If you've already comfortable enough with LAMP to tune it for low memory operation, then you're already ahead of the pack....

You have the option to offload some of your services onto a second
VPS or upgrade your plan and then cancel the upgraded plan and migrate your services to a new Link-3 if necessary - please also keep...

all your questions really require details on what you plan on running with relative specific information on how many users you plan for your service and whether that service have any specific requirements like logged on users or static content.
Typical
xen has swap and since openvz on vpslink doesn't have burst.... if your services run over the limit they start getting killed off because of ...

1.the terms are at VPSLink
Acceptable Use Policy
so it should be fine
2.there are two datacenters now but no download/upload link. maybe you can ask in the irc channel VPSLink Community
3.if you have to ask I don't think you really read the threads here.
Good luck. There's only a few established vps providers in the us.

Link1 is really for smaller sites. It may work, but personally I'd recommend a
Link3.
