My only reservation about NEST and Anderson is that the gateway test is OLSAT and as much as I understand of it it doesn't test the sort of intelligence I value - it tests ability to sit and answer fairly dull questions, unlike SB and ERB that test for a more vibrant intelligence, IMO. So the dcs with highest OLSATs at NEST and Anderson don't necessarily seem the
brightest to me.

Perhaps consider reflecting on whether there is any truth to the demand, before rejecting it outright as a personal
affront. If it were just that, it's unlikely HR would have pursued it.
