I still dont think the egg is up to the egglicious mark especially from a hotel where the chef would certainly have at least diploma in culinary art. My helper which doesnt have any culinary diploma can fried a better and sexier looking eggs than that. I would try to shot a egglicious picture fried by her today but still dont know how to paste it here. BTW, the omellete by Land of Smiles looks sexy and decent enough.

Yes bak kut teh literally meaning "Pork Bone Tea" and i have not eaten this for along time maybe a need to make a visit to SS 14 there are some good ones there.
