When a friend of mine went to Saudi, she said the men do so much there and their wives live like Queens. The men even take care of the kids when they go the masjid and hire maids for their wives at the home.

So.. September 25- The one who has the most knowledge of the Qur'an should act as imam. If several people are equally learned in Qur'an, then the person who has the most knowledge should act as Imam. Muslim.

Best bet is to go next door, knock on their door and say, "Could you please turn down your music." If they're good people, then inshallah they'll turn it down or even off for you. If they don't, then contact the landlord (if you leave in an apartment).
