Why did we get cropped Grand Canyon?! That's not right! Right? _________________ "In later years, magic wands gave forth what has come to be known as Disney dust." -

I share your pain and sincerely hope they use the original
original version. I've posted many times on this forum about my disgust in the IMAX rerelease. I'm actually going to post comparison images on here soon so that all the people who have such poor eye sight that they say they haven't noticed a difference will be proved wrong. _________________

Not gonna hold my breathe on this. Sure thedigitalbits is one of the best sites for this kind of info, but Disney is way too unpredictable when it comes to these sorts of things. I'm thinking it'll end up being mid- November as a trilogy giftset. But hopefully we might get one of the remaining Pixar titles on Blu-ray sometime in the April/ May
timeframe before TS3 opens.

This is
exciting news, although I am curious if that release date can be right. I don't think there will be any new bonuses on the rereleases since they already had great 2-disc sets. My only hope is that the other ...

From what I understand.....there are 2 Muppet movies that Disney doesn't have the rights to....one would be The Muppets Take Manahattan and the others Muppets From Space......which I am not sure why Disney doesn't have rights to those......
Muppet Treasure Island was the first muppet movie after Jim henson died if I recall correctly so that's when Disney helped the Jim Henson company at ...

Oh, wow! I'll admit, I never read the original Andersen fairy tale (shame on me!), but I'm excited that this project is possibly back on track! The
concept art looked very interesting, and even if this version will be completely different, I am sure it will still look great.
Gee, first TPatF, then Rapunzel, now this!? It's so great to see Disney returning to its roots, and doing all of ...

Well, it's not that far off from when they would release their animated films in limited release on two screens and then expand them a number of weeks (though, this is the first time one of their screens is in the actual
Walt Disney Studios). It's a way to build excitement and word-of-mouth, which would lead to a nice, big opening weekend and continue to sustain throughout the weeks. That's why I...
