I don't think allowing guns in a place where fights are common is necessarily a bad idea, in fact it might be a good idea - Like the old adage goes; "An armed society is a polite society." I know I'd sure as hell think twice before picking a fight with someone if I felt there was a good chance they were packin' heat.
