The latest seems to be that it's the FAA's fault, although the FO is also blaming the Capt. It's the FAA's Fault! The Capt Did It!

Actually, this is a retirement flight for the 747-200 (after ~40 years of service). It has nothing to do with 40 year employees. Anyone can ride on it as long as they pony up $40.00 to do so. By the way, NW used to have special passes for employees who hit 40 years, but those went away with the merger....

there is a NWA 757 at my city and from what i was told it made an emergency landing at ABE yesterday due to low oil pressure. The mechanics, if you call them that, just started "to try to fix" it at around 630pm tonight. -------------------- [color=#3333FF]SCABS: DESTINED TO FAIL IN THE MAJORS
