It amazes me how many people think that the phase or idea "separation of church and state" is in the constitution. Tell people a lie often enough and they will believe it is the truth.

I'm all for the tea parties. But we seem to be handicapped by the lack of exposure by the "mainstream" media. It seems that only the Fox network have really presented the real picture of the tea party participation numbers. Plus our many of our "elected" representatives don't seem to be listening to the calls of for fiscal restraint. I suppose we could start a petition for a recall of our Congress...

Yeah we need to STAND UP, alright, but someone want to tell me how to that, exactly? Don't tell me to write letters and make phone calls...that hasn't accomplished jacksquat. This administration with it minions in Congress has made it perfectly clear that they're gonna do whatever the hell they want to do and the American people be damned.

Passing on an Email

I got this in an email from my better half. She is a special education teacher in an inner city school district that has little to no money for most basic supplies let alone for the things she really needs to be successful. She has been trying to get some projects funded for awhile and it is coming down to the wire for her. There has been some donations coming in, but if she can't make the deadline she forfeits the donations that were...

AMEN. The founders of this nation were a different sort than what we have in the federal gov't today. They tried to exalt the Father in their time and had a deeper seeing vision for this country. The leaders of today only seem to try to exalt themselves. History has judged the founding fathers of this country. I wonder what history will lay at the feet of the leaders of today 200 years from now. If it takes that long for the Lord to get...
