There's a juice drink in supermarkets here called Essential. It costs €2.09 for three 110ml bottles. The advertising for the drink has a picture of one bottle and one orange, saying that one bottle = one orange. Now doesn't that make your common sense kick in? You would think, surely, if one bottle costs 66 cents and oranges cost just 75 cents per kilo, it is much better to buy proper oranges.

Hi all. As part of my beating depression i have been going out every day and I have been picking up some fish from Asda for lunch. I picked up some cobbler (50p) and did it with chilli, garlic and lemon, picked up a whole pilchard (10p) and just had that plain with salad and today i had a whole small trout (£1.10) with spinach and ricotta (pre stuffed). I made fuzzy's PLUKfest cookies but they went crispy very quickly. I want a moist chewy cookie/biscuit recipe please. TIA Just off to search for Freyasmummys cookie recipe that I read on another thread to try these out as well eta i dont have half the stuff for FM's cookies so these will have to wait

Maybe it is for people who dont like to get their hands sticky and dirty, and have money to waste Lets face it for the people who like to get 1 of their 5 a day it is an easy way without any mess.
