there are products out there that will aid you in adding lean mass, like IHC says above, CEE creatine is one supplement, another would be a quality weight gainer with a great profile, PhD Gain or even better, UltraLifes Lean Gain would help add some lean mass. End of the day tho supplements are there to help, but its a good workout routine backed with a solid diet thats the key.

In my opinion NO products are a complete non entity and waste of time, i don't think in the scheme of things they really produce any long term gains. Just an ego trip. All ego should be left at the gym door, just my opinion.

igf1 by usn is very similer but is aproximately the same price all in ones are quite dear, I work in a supp shop and the igf1 is 35 quid and the synergy is about 33 quid which isn't too bad Cyclone is the dearesr and I think over priced and over rated. You could always try making your own!!

Got my Xplode on friday currenlty trying to find out what amount is best for me. On Friday before my workout I took one scoop, this morning I took two scoops. I have not yet felt any different at the gym. I was told at the gym its best to take on an empty stomach but I don't see how that's acheivable. I like to have pre workout meal about 1 - 1.5 hours before gym so I never have an empty stomach. I usually like to train in the...

Hi Mav I think 1/2 hr before training is fine with NO Xplode but I have to say I wasn't impressed when I used it. Next time around try I Force Maximze. I find it's a fantastic pre work out drink over the No Xplode with a huge kick up the **** when it comes to my work out. As for taking it on non training days, I don't see the need. Good luck

Hi, I would agree with 1/2 hour before workout, and would say try and take it 2 hours after you have eaten if this is possible. I love the stuff and can really feel the diffrence in the gym problem is I quickly build a tollerance to the stuff. I'm talking 3 days and I stop feeling the benefit. So what i have started doing is only taking it on my weaker bodyparts training days, for me this is biceps. As im only taking the stuff twice a...

You could take LOOOOOAAADS of supps mate, people will recomend so much diferent stuff because it works for them...personaly for me, creatine makes me get sores on my face so i avoid it.
bcaa, eaa, zma, dextrose, malto, vitargo, WMS, creatine, ect.....
i use, dextrose and whey and multivits.

great product imo. Notice increased recovery with it. When I have it I have that straight after training then my usual protein and carb shake 15 mins after.
