Youve got 2 workout blocks there, a 3 week endurance program followed by a 3 week strength program with some strongman thrown in for a laugh? Personally, i think its a bit crap.
Have a look at Defrancos training and conjugated periodisation. To be honest, i think that would suit you down to the ground. Try and watch Strong and Super Strong by defranco, both go into what his training is all ...
