i think this is where many make mistakes by eating far to much just to say they eat 4000+cals but then gain fat...i suppose when i do get the time to do cardio i will be able to add more food but at the moment this diet is fine as i am gaining good weight.....guess we are all different... yet i do beleive that many assume they eat 4-5000cals but do not weigh there food so are just guessing...

i've not tried using the fst approach in my first movement of any given bodypart yet Paul,only on the last exercise,do you find it makes a big difference to how your feeling the given muscle group doing it this way? reason i am asking is these days for a while now i have been getting a real lacklustre feeling when training either bi's or tri's,just really been struggling to get a decent feeling in them. I started training them...

paul whay would you advise to increase appetite i have forever struggled to get food down my neck. fast acing slin did nothing for me to be honest, no strenth gains, or pump is slow acting better to increase appetite?

So for the first year since 2003 i have a proper off season in 2009 because i am not competing until April 2010..... so because of this is i thought i would track my progress as i have had many questions over the years about my off season as i normally only track my pre-comp diet/training etc.... I will be open and honest about everything as i see no other way to run a log nor do i see the ...

thought id start a journal just to keep up to date and so i can look back etc weight from today was just over 17stone upon waking after a nice shi.t. bf% is around 10 or 11 right now, measured with calipers. measurements so far: chest 46" arms 18" fors 14" upper leg 27" calfs 18.25" my main goals are just to put on more weight really and keep a reasonable ...

too much fat in the first meal! save the fats for the evening or at least get something fast acting in your system as soon as you get up, then have the eggs and cheese an hour later. your pwo shake is not good, syntha 6 is not for pwo. and since your using slin pwo you will need whey isolate or eaa for post workout.

trained chest tonight, awesome session, got up to 7 reps on 180kg, i'm gonna wait til i can get ten before i put the weight up on the heavy set. And I hope everyone will be glad to know that I had a major break through today, not only does a bit of peanut butter make flavourless whey and oats tast ok....... it also firmed me up and I produced 3, yes 3 relatively solid dumps today!!! Back from zee expo.... My hotel had a gym so every morning i woke up at 6:30 and jumped on the cross trainer for 45 minutes... fecking annoying they programmed it so you can only do 20 mins at a time.
