Yer you should prolly do it all on one day for 3 days, break it down, so one day maybe pecks and biceps, next day shoulders and tri's, next abs and legs. I have 3 different workouts. I do them every other day.

Main thing is try not to substitute it for proper meals.As whey is a quickly absorbed protein I think the best time to have it is upon waking and after a workout.
Don't forget breakfast obviously!

90percent whey from bulk powders, or any standard whey that is 90% but you'll pay more for that, 80% protein for me is 80 percent protein. thers no stronger or weaker stuff IMO
