Re: What non dairy protein powder is best post workout? no offence taken mate - good question, but I'm not taking any form of steroids, and never have as my body isn't at the stage to get maximum benefit from them. Thinking of just taking whey and cutting all other dairy as no-one seems to know any other fast acting proteins. Tom

However, I do recall when we had a couple similar questions from customers we did enquire and were told they've been trying to improve the flavours by varying levels of different flavourings. That may be it. Their contact details if you need them...

Have you tried a whey protein before. I cant eat milk or cheese as they give me spots but whey is fine for me.

I've started cutting dairy produce out of my diet as it's causing me to break out in spots, and that includes whey/casein powders. What non dairy powder will be best for PWO? Tom

I am looking at introducing WMS into my post training meal schedule. Never had it before, but always tried to ingest some carbs. My questions is, instead of two seperate drinks, could I mix the WMS with my Whey to save time etc? Would the WMS interfere with the Whey in any way?

Has anyone tried the stuff form bulkpowders.co.uk? Seems very cheap... at £34.99 for 5Kg!! Think that's flavourless though, so might just go for the stuff form myprotein.co.uk as that's what people seem to recommend on this board, price wise. Want some egg white powder aswell...
