this is goin to sound like a really stupid question but im goin to risk a slating and ask it anyway, what are the benefits of using pump supps? is it just a case of your muscles get a better short term pump than normal or are there any other benefits? only supps i have used are PHD synergy and PHD

hi guys i know this has been talked about before,but i have just recieved some samples of dorian yates nox pump how long before training should i take it and is it really that potent? does it normally smell like puke!!!! training chest and
