Hi i thought i'd throw my hat into what looks like the members journal area. Brief time line started lifting at teen years, got to a reasonable level and at the age of 21 i started a course of sust 500/week and grew like a weed. I have always been in and out of martial arts throughout my life and took up taekwondo at 23. Stopped bodybuilding as it was affecting my training, wittled down ...

Hi, Posted a pic of me. Comments appreciated. Been training about a year but not pushed myself and not gained much. Started with PT on full upper body workout for 3 days a week. Noticed arms getting bigger. Started on a bulkig diet too. Don't want to get massive though - just toned and some shape. Notice belly - dont want that to get any bigger !! 5ft5, 62Kg

Hey all! Have started this journal mainly as a record to myself as how I'm doing once I restart my quest. Was doing OK about 3 months ago but then had mine and my son's birthdays, my boyf injured himself and I had some illness issues which threw everything off track. It's the 1st October & I started my new Gym today, JJB, & it is actually a good gym with good weights. Came on here to pick up some points on the advice of Tom (TinyTom) been reading for last month mainly the journals for example Tom's and Lukes which are really inspirational so I have decided I might as well set up a journal to track my progress and prevent me slacking off Also to try and prevent wasting time making mistakes with training. Am reasonable new to training been training 3 months ...

Friday: rest Saturday: chest barbell bench press: 25kg x 12 reps 31kg x 10 reps 40kg x 6 (just) lyin dumbell flyes: 2x8kg x 12 reps 2x12kg x 8 reps 30 mins cross trainer level 8 fatty burn Oh god how embarrassin today down the gym When barbell pressin 40kg, did 4 reps and thought I could squeeze another 2 out good job I have large padding, I got stuck....thank god...

May - July - September - May - July - Sept - May - July - Sept - Sept - None of these are mirrored photos, i feel they dont give you a true photograph.
