Hammer strength shoulder press (alternating arms) - 15kg x 8 8 8
Had huge pumps in my forearms which prevented me from contracting my arms fully during later sets.

Congrats on starting the journal.
You don't say how tall you are so hard to tell what the 13.5 stone represents. Don't worry lifts are low, concentrate on correct form, start very low (even empty bar) and work up very slowly to avoid problems. Sounds like you are doing it right anyway as you say you are gaining. Well done!

Day off training today, but a few things i have noticed, some people using Cynostane have noticed a rise in appitite, but mine has dropped a little, which makes it easier for cutting.

Nice going with the clean and press mate, it's a hard exercise to perform IMO.
I like doing just the cleans for upper back thickness.
Has your cold gone yet? I've come down with something the last few days, still gonna go ahead and train though.

Woohoo about time you got this up.
You're losing your grip on deads because you're doing so bloody many reps. You do almost as many reps in your first set as I sometimes do for my entire working sets. Still, the rest of the workout doesn't look too bad at all.
