Aw... I missed you mate cried myself to sleep since you were gone LOL.... Prep is the key if working away - I work away most weeks TBH. Also powdered meals come in handy when working away.

Lady coke bottle you NEED to drink more water and you NEED to eat more to lose weight.... its as simple as that. I know its difficult to understand that by eating you lose weight but its true. Cass where is the protein hun? The first diet you had white fish, eggs etc during the day but today you dont have much at all! I would say try and keep it constant, I know the weight is the motivating factor here, but sometimes it cannot be a real measure. If your not consistent in your diet then the weight will fluctuate every day and you wont have a true reading as when you eat properly ...
