Hi guys, I've mentioned before on this forum that I cycle 26 miles a day total to commute to work which burns approx 1600 cals total. Thats something I can't really get out of. Yoo, back agen Im a average hight 16 year old but im pretty fat. I have a bit on the belly but loads on my Thys. It's pretty depressing wearing tracksuit bottoms becasue when i sit down u see my big thys :(( Any suggestions how to lose thy fat? cheers
