a good weight session a few times a week will help you burn calories, as said do high reps and sets eg four sets of 15reps with light weights on different exercise, there is so much can be done with dumbells and im sure you could do some core work

It is possible to loose weight though diet alone, and indeed it is a problem I am familiar with as my partner cannot exercise at all as she has MS. She does not put weight on (but does not loose it either). Your situation is in fact easier, as presumably you could do many gym-type upper-body exercises on machines you sit down on, such as cable chest press machine or cable pull-downs. If you believe people like Poliquin, stomach fat is also related to cortisol levels / stress, so relaxation techniques and decent amounts of sleep. Not sure myself, but can't hurt.

Well this is interesting, been doing some research into it and it seems lots of people believe that insulin spiking PWO is actually a really bad idea. 50g whey and 6 eggs is too much protein in one meal . maybe have 25g whey and the eggs your having and add some more fat if you dont want to eat carb. a teaspoon of peanut butter will give you 5g good fat.

If during workout you have not burnt all the carbs from your pre-workout meal than if you take the PWO shake you mentioned in your post...you will add up more carbs and yes, your body will burn the carbs first before burning fat to source energy for cardio. stomach and waist are the first places to add bodyfat and the last to lose it desptie burning fat evenly when doing cardio. Keep at the regime and you should see the waist shrink further. I have been stripping fat recently and it kind of kicks you in the balls to see marked improvements everywhere else but little movement on the stomach and waist. It does shrink but just takes longer!

A normal bike mate? Why be stuck indoors on a bike when you can get out in the fresh air, will be more cardio beneficial in my opinian as the terrain is likely to be ahrder rather then a carpet :P

Walking is the best way to loose weight - an hour a day - combined with the right diet of course. (Not that I practice this ) I don't hear much evidence that weight-loss tablets work. Good luck with the treatment.
