I just remember that I did a 45 minutes high intense cardio session before my weight training, I'm just thinking why my body wouldn't let me finish the set due to energy/shaking

Yes, totally normal. Your body just isn't used to it. It will quickly stop happening.

Does it matter for what? If you are planning on entering "world's tallest man", then yes, it matters massively. If you mean for BBing or PLing, then it's no problem.... in fact, it's arguably advantageous to be short.

Cardio 45mins-1hr, Mon-Fri. Can't you go to the gym more often? You will most likely end up looking like a Jew in a concentration camp if you just do loads of cardio with no set diet and weight lifting.

Are you new to training? This is common problem with a lot of new trainers (I suffered from it myself). Whats your back routine like? A lot of it stems from going too heavy and not squeezing the lats, like when do for say (for instance), doing a 'bicep' curl. Also, you can't be doing any deadlifts, otherwise you would definitely feel your back working

Instead of deadlifts? - 14 new posts
Started 1 week ago (2009-11-22 14:46:00)  by JoeyRamone
Instead of deadlifts? No free barbell where I'll be training tomorrow. Will be able to do 3x8 bent over rows and chinups 3xF but would normally do 5x5 deadlifts. What would be a good exercise to replace them with? got machines, smith machine and dumbells cheers

Got to agree with Will101. I train on my own and i write every session down in my training journal, then the next session I have to beat the last by either more reps or an increase of weight. Tis the only way to improve imo.
