Fat content of cottage cheese is much lower. Try and get some healthy fats from oils/salmon in there if you can.

iv just started haveing 250 ml semi skimmed milk 100ml water 45g whey 75g oats 1 tbl spoon peanut butter 1 tbl spoon of walnut oil 1 banana Kcal – 822 Protein – 56g carbs – 78 Fat – 32g which is quite nice

lol its not what i eat every day!! i just added it all up out of intrest, this was kinda a 1 off :P Most days its 5 eggs, 5 bits of toast, pint of milk, fruit maybe some oats if i cn fit it in.. Im still learning but i used to eat nothing till tea time, maybe a cup of tea or coffee or im on the right road lol.. whats wrong with pasta n cheese for breakfast? wasnt aware there was a set rule to what you had to eat :P

Yes the morning weigh is after a siht and pi55.. And the urine is normal a medium straw colour.. Not to hydrated yet not to dehydrated at the same time. Why do you ask?

Do any of you find it difficult to maintain some form of body weight? I am trying to bulk up and eating siht loads of clean food.. I can put on some good weight then when I wake up I feel flat and skinny.. weigh myself and im around 7lbs lighter than the evening before.. is this right? I know people say dont weigh yourself at night but losing 7lbs over night ...
