Looking at your physique mate, id pretty much say its not that important and your doing just fine without it. I have a lot of red meat in my diet because i love it and im a red meat freak. I have a big serving of steak after training and chicken for my evening meal most days.

it's good that your eating alot. hows your gain going ? are you gaining weekly or not ? just too much bread in the evening plus in your afternoon meals .. have just peas or sweet corn not both in the same meal .. you don't need 3 source of carb in one meal . as long as you gettin your carb in each meal . your fine.

Thats 3800 kcals, with 47% of them from fat, 32% Pro and 21% CHO. TBH I think the macros on your original diet are more like it for mixed meals BUT if you are extremely carb sensitive then your new ones will be OK assuming you are putting the carb intake in around training.
