Hey guys. 8 weeks ago I was 4 pounds shy of 15 stone with a bit of fat weight and water. Iv been running and cycling my ass of in this time and am now at 17% body fat from about 22%. i am currently weighing in at 13

Folks I need your help. As I am currently bulking up I've been consuming LOADS of carbs and protein. All has been well for the last 3 weeks however ther last 3-4days are killing me. It was when i practically finished half a 'large ice cream' sized tub of Tuna in one go my stomach is bloated
big style. It's physically bloated and I have a feeling its due to 'gas' as I necked a can of coke ...

my friend has started going to the gym with me now and is wanting to gain weight he has asked me about my diet, the only problem is hes a vegetarian and would only be able to eat my breakfast and thats it, im not sure what foods will be good to suggest for him to increase his protein so any vegetarian bodybuilders out there please help
