someone (normally quite knowledgable) told me once that you can't strengthen your grip, whatever grip you have is all you can have does that make any sense? i thought you could train hands like any other body part?

Finally got good form with squats today after spending a while with one of the instructors using light weight & really focusing on how I'm lifting the weight. I used to get bad pains but I had non today The only thing that was annoying me was my arms & neck. My arms were hurting a bit due to the position that they were in, is there a certain place where they should be as I'm wondering ...

thatsfar too close on video-will stress wrists,just narrow your nornal grip a few inches,thatl be a close grip and be able to handle heavier weight without stressing wrists

Newbie here so excuse the lack of anatomical knowledge. My problem is that my back is uneven, certainly as I see it from the front in a mirror. Obviously my dominant side is bigger. Any suggestions as to how to even it out? Cheers LD

I'd go to a doctor about that, man. Sounds like it could possibly be related to soemthing more serious than poor form. Better safe than sorry.
