oat pre workout and bananna post workout .. pre workout meal one hour or one n half hour before it takes atleast 20-30 mins for your body to realise its got food in it to start digesting it.

cool thx. what gives you the 'power' before a workout on the TKD ? i was gonna have 30g of chicken, but was also thinking of some carbs like that mini roll (20g carbs ish i think) to give me enough to maximise the workout ? or bowl of cereal with 30g carbs in it

Yes i use the mince. The chunks are a little weird to say the least. Mince can be used as a minced beef/turkey replacer in all most recipes. So cottage pie, spag bol, chili, burritos etc all work well. Its also called TVP

Ideally, you should get a proper meal in before work then, especially as its a very active job. Usually when people take the amino's upon waking its because they do fasted cardio, then have breakfast after.

ok i think i have the terms right here....
considering keto to get some results down from 15% BF. i currently do 3x 20 minute (approx) spin workouts in the AM per week. it would just be nice to see a number change, or try and get some visible results that i havent been getting so far

well as long as you know what your taking in .. then you jus work it from there .. it depends what condition your in .. for example if your carrying lots of bf then you need to start early by cutting carb slowly every week and see how your body response to the change then you know if your cutting it right or too much or need more cutting .. i am no expert but i have dieted i was 16 stone with ...

whole milk is the wrong fats but when bulkin go for it man i use semi all the time skimmed is like cloudy fcukin water no taste IMO

I may be wrong here, but the inclusion of peanut butter in your post workout meal will add fats, which, whilst healthy, will slow down the absorption of the protein from your shake. pwo: you should have just protein and carbs

Peanut butter, olive oil, glucose powder, carb shakes are all very convienant and easy to sneak in extra calories around and n top of ordinary meals
