You probably wouldnt be able to do the weight unassisted but the reps are more about conditioning of the muscle so a advanced natural athelete could well do it albeit at a lesser weight perhaps. I say perhaps cos I know some strong natural guys. I do kickboxing twice a week to keep fit and maintain a good cardiovascular health.

If you like the routine then just change the rep range and a few differing exercises, do 4-6 on compounds and 15 on isolation, or something like that. I agree with Ryoken about the rest, chest arms back 3 days on trot, wheres the recovery time? JMO

JMO Well what about Chest monday, arms tuesday, wednesday - rest, thursday back, friday shoulders, saturday rest, sunday legs, monday, chest, tuesday rest, wednesday...

Nice workout there Tom. Here's Mine for today. ATG back squats 10*10 90s rest 100k RDL 10*10 90s rest 120k Extension fst 40k curl fst 40k Doesn't sound much try it and see though ;)

27 views and not a single reply? Nobody have any thoughts on this? As it happens i started today with the chest, triceps and shoulders. I decided after triceps not to work my shoulders and instead add in another day for shoulders and back width. It had already taken me 50mins to do chest and triceps. Couple this with the fact I didnt feel i would get the best from shoulders after ...
