I have always believed (mainly due to magazines) that
whey protein is a MUST after a workout due to its quick absorbtion by muscles. What I was wondering was, does the fact it is absorbed quicker mean it is better than say a nice large meal of 'real food'. So instead of having a whey shake with a bottle of gatorade, say have a large piece of meat with some veg and a melon etc??

Do you just keep your training the same when you finish your cycle and begin
PCT or do you ease, off i know eventually the poundages and intensity drops but do you just keep it going as long as you can or do you ease off from the end of your cycle

I was making good gains each week for several months till 7 weeks ago. Now ive stagnated. Will a change in my routine

does anyone incorporate extreme stretching into their workouts? once i've finished my main workout, lets say im training chest and tris main workout may look like incline chest

I didnt think I was pushing it too hard today. Chest felt ok and did up the weight, first set of Barbell curls felt freaking awesome and then after I sat down I was hit with a wave of nausea and faintness, to the point where I had to sit for about 10 mins so I didnt fall over and puke... then I felt the pump... tight all across my chest and biceps... flipping heck this is a first for me... still ...

Hi people, After advice again. I am
back at work now and unfortunately back stuck with a p1ss poor gym. No Olympic Bar, no barbells and the dumbells only go up to 26kg. I have managed to update my routine to fit the equipment available so thats ok. Problem being the lack of weight. Is there anywayI can get around this? Hey guys, Well, after reading all about squats on here I finally succumbed to cyber peer pressure and added squatting to my routine. I loved it, it shall be staying with me for life now. Not quite Ass to Grass but past parallel, I'm sure more flexablilty will come with time. Couple of questions, I used a 5 x 5 for my workout on the squats. Started sensibily with 100kg on the

thanks for replies, have checked out all books and amazon seems to the have the lot minus the dorian
yates one. they all look like a good read so will look into them a little further and purchase a couple.
