Once you have chosen a design it is best to stick with that design as it will develop an identity for your magazine. In general readers like familiarity.
If you look at any mainstream magazine, the design template will stay the same from edition to edition, with the ocassional subtle tweak here or there.
I suspect your question is also - once you have paid a designer to put the first ...

You need good niche content to be added regularly to your site.
Incoming links and so on.
Meanwhile go after your target ...

My view is you shouldnt be allowed to go over overdrafts personally. If you only have a tenner left and a £20 DD comes along, it should bounce.
That said, i also agree that you should manage your money more wisley, so im kind of on the fence, its 50/50 your own fault and the banks, no ones more to blame than the other.

I'm no website designer but surely a good site can take longer than a day to build.
While it's good to offer special deals, I wouldn't under estimate your services, as it seems a bit desperate to me imo.

So he accepts the card payments through something called paypoint? Or something like that, it does phone top ups and bill ...
