I believe the law says it must be in a case and
zipped up. It can't even be un -zipped in Michigan any more.

off the top of my head, i know if your dog is acting like its
treeing the judge can put the stationary on your dog and you have 5 minutes to tree it or i think you get minused.. (not sure on that part) I've had it put on my dog but never let the 5 expire... hope someone else can put more about it on here.

YOU DIDNT HAVE IT ON THE HIGH SIDE WHEN IT WENT OUT DID U. MOST LIGHTS ABOVE 12 VOLT HAVE A BATTERY SAFETY SHUT OFF IN THEM THAT TURNS THE LIGHT OFF AFTER A PERIOD OF BURN TIME ON THE HIGH SIDE WHEN NOT TURNED COMPELETY ALL THE WAY UP ON HIGH. MINE WILL BURN ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES ON HIGH ON EITHER SETTING EXCEPT ALL THE WAY UP AND WHEN IT GOES OUT IT WILL STAY OUT FOR SOMETIME BEFORE ...
