All true and the Uston v. Resorts case changed the manner in which AC casinos 86 people. They cannot implicitly state that you are banned from playing. The legally acceptable phrase is, "We do not want your wager and you are not welcome to gamble on our property. You are, however, welcome to enjoy any of our non-gaming activities." Banning under that language has been upheld on appeal numerous times.

Stan, how long does the PLO run for on weekdays? On Monday I saw the game running at 4pm on your game report but when I got there at 8pm it had long ended. This is the game I am most interested in playing in when I go to Borgata.

I believe Full Tilt Refers to split NL Holdem/PLO as "HA" To me this is my ideal game mix and I feel like it would help increase the popularity of PLO games. Anyway.... Is any casino spreading this?

AFAIK, DIAD is still 3000 tier credits in one day. It is available every day although you should definitely check with the Total Rewards desk before you start playing.
If you do DIAD, your Diamond card is only good until March of the following year so if you were to do DIAD in January 2010, your Diamond card would be good until March 2011. This means that you get the most ...

Also, the Horseshoe Southern Indiana will be joining the list of Harrah's properties who will award Tier Credits for poker play. No exact word yet on firm numbers or anything, but it's coming in January.

Virtually nobody beats a 2/4 game over the long run, and the vast majority know this. The regulars are there to lose as slowly as possible and to chase the jackpot. 1/2 games are a natural result of this, they lose half as fast, and aren't likely to go away anytime soon.

You have to check with the state laws. Here in PA you can pay out $100 max and claim it as promotional costs.
But chances are there are already a few of them going on.

Mike Caro wrote a great article on this years ago. Prior to 12, the games are good. After 12, the drunks and gamblers make their New Years resolutions and stop playing.

Hi, Bad beat jackpot just hit a short while ago at Ameristar so I'm thinking the 20/40 game etc. will move back to the Lodge. Don't know for sure...I'd check both rooms tomorrow.

Get up to go to the bathroom and inconspicuously mention it to the floor to have them check the tapes, or note the time and then later in the day tell them to check it out. If not, maybe just avoid the guy from then on? If you're not 100% sure, I don't think bringing it up at the table would work out well for anyone.
This is a speculative guess. I'm in no way sure of this ...
