sales reps are on the bottom of the food chain..even the good ones

i heard this is happening within all the componets,i have a salesman friend at yrc that told met this is part of the non union scale back...so heres my take. u lay off to save on labor costs which lets say avgs 60-$70,000 salary--low estimate,ok....u know there going to a competitor takin business with them...if they take $100,000/yr worth of business away its more like a million a year...and avg salesman gets 100,000/mo in rev..which i will...

No meds here Joe, But I gotta vent once in awhile. Atleast I know Newpenn is doing good things with the savings from our wages and pension. They installed more cameras inside and outside of the terminal.
