thanks for the response. Honestly, I am working hard and because of the economy take anything that my current job has to offer. I work crazy night hours, have sacrificed to work 7 days a week and it's been like this for a year now. I do get tired and sleep deprived but am supporting a family and would like to earn my way to more pay and toning down the super long hours because I'm sure you know how that gets.
