It's a lot better system than what was first introduced and may be still in use in some smaller areas. At least with the newer style forklift you can drive in gravel and grass without getting stuck. I don't mind using the forklift but I do have a problem with the length of the flatbed. It's a little hard to maneuver in some residential areas such as apartment complexes and neighborhoods. I end up driving on lots of curbs!!!

More than a quarter-million trucks rolled off the line during the 11-year history of Sterling Truck, St. Thomas.
But this one, bearing a Canadian flag taped to the windshield, is the last.
Wednesday that truck, number 257,330, rolled off the line bringing an end to production at the South Edgeware Road ...

Looks like he slid into him. There is no damage to the front bumber or fender, those trailers with the lift on the rear have no weight over the axles.

I thought that Wes Kemp would get this job with all the years of service he has given to the company. Mrs. McReynolds has been with the company a relatively short period of time. I know nothing about her but I wish her the best. I just hope that she understands the freight business.

I just want to second that! ABF has to be one of the best trucking company's to work for union or non-union. I have always been treated fairly there. The only ones that don't get treated fairly are probably the ones that don't deserve a job at ABF. We have some laid off people that deserve their jobs back. We also have a few laid off that come in when they are called in and do next to ...
