We have seen this problem here on the boards a few times. And it always ends up in a termination and then a remark on your DAC that you refused the test. It looks real bad and it's the company's fault. My company would send the drivers to take the test once they got the notice from the computer. They didn't wait until the driver was off duty. Last night I had something that doesn't happen all that often and wanted to know what you all think? Stopped a trucker for speeding, 17 over the limit. Log book was behind, last entry at 0500 hours on the day of the stop. It was now 2330 hours. Where he was at 0500 hours and at the time of the stop was a good 14 hour drive.
