I cant believe you guys wasted a Saturday night arguing over this crap.... All I will say is, its what the law says, versus what the law does. In 10 years, I had tickets for different things, but none of them ever, were for a logbook infraction of any kind. Ever.... Now, speed (2) and weight (3) were something else....
