My wife and I have used the Bluetooth based "Blueant Interphone" ever since it came out a year or two ago. I do not use the pairing for the phone and I could but do not use it as a bike to bike device just as a rider to pillion intercom. We have found this device excellent with it's Vox activation and noise cancelling system. If it has a weakness it is that if you talk a lot then your battery duration will be 4 -5 hours...

Welcome back Lazarus. I am not sure that I could handle your winters TBH. Glad to see you still enjoying the bike. Not meaning to rub it in but this is our Brisbane winter from my backyard. Maybe it is time for a holiday. I have a spare bedroom.

One just needs to think in the reverse direction. How would you feel getting a new to you bike and getting stranded in the middle of nowhere because of a daft battery? If you disclose then it's the buyer's choice.

[quote=FritzSTr;1438546]Greetings everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me resolve a disagreement on the source of my clutch issues on the ST. Hi FritzST Have a look at my thread "clutch won't disenagage" of 09-16-2008. Could be relevant. See in particular posts 1 and 28. I have an hour commute to work each day on the train ie/ plenty of time to tear through a good riding book or two. I see Lee Parks is recommended reading, but any other good skills/ techniques reading material? Or any...

I did not bother trying to get it installed for free. Just ordered it from BikeBiz in sydney. They were the only ones that cared enough to find out what I'm talking about and get the part numbers. Installed my self as well. There should be part numbers posted somewhere on this site, so you can just give them the numbers if you like. Although it would be cheaper getting the parts from ...

I haven't ridden a Tiger, but here goes anyway from what I have read: -The Tiger might be more comfortable, therefore maybe a better tourer. -The 1050 Sprint is sportier, though still a very capable tourer. (Maybe the panniers are not as good though.) -The pressure on the wrists depends a lot on you. I have an '06 with the low bars and I am not bothered with it. Some have the higher bars and...

37. You are definitely not what Triumph would consider their demographic for the Sprint. Daytona 675 or Street Triple I would imagine is what they are shooting for the the 20 something crowd.

Sparky, we have a one step program to help you out. The way it works is that I delete your account and you go 'cold- turkey' which would be sort of appropriate at this time of year.
