trip insurance for a couple nights stay in a hotel? Who offers that? Would it cover weather problems? Would it really be worth it?

I can't believe they allow any kind of hunting within the city limits. That's unusual.

I think the problem is that the owners can go every year or every six months even and improve their properties, but you can then have six-twelve months of heavy use, and a lot can go wrong in that time. I rent my home, and it is managed by an agency for the owner, and it's definitely a better experience for me compared to previous rentals having the agency (who are located 1 mile away) handle any problems. I don't need to worry...

Let me do some checking and get back to you- but I see alot of dogs down there...RIDING IN STROLLERS! Many stores have signs on their doors saying pets inside strollers are welcome...What a neat idea. I saw 2 boston terriers in strollers my last trip. Probably gives the dog a better view and keeps the leash from getting tangled.

Another vote for the Riverhouse motor lodge. All of their balconies are right over the river which my kids love. There are some ducks that hang out in that area and there is a path down to the river you can walk down and feed them. It's on river road which is 1 block from the parkway so it's easy walking distance to everything so they shouldn't get to tired. Your kids will love it.

You'd better hope I don't run into him and spill the beans....lol It's been many years since we were there, but we had a great time. I wasn't much for the rides but the exhibits and shows plus the "people watching" made the day. I mostly enjoyed the eagle sanctuary.
