Will youhave a car? Yes, then either option good for you. No, and condo is the only option if you want an apartment rather than hotel room. Early Oct can still be hurricane season and hot and humid, but probably will be fine. Week before thanksgiving will probably bo good weather, but not so hot. And you will see th4e xmas decorations perhaps. Condo's don't generally have grills, althogh some may do. Some do have communal grilling...

I would say quite soon, they dont normally give alot of notice. Definately before your trip in february. They were the only price changes released so one would assume the rest stay the same.

WDW drop off parking question

Yes, you can do this at Disney parks and SeaWorld as well, I believe. Really not necessary at Universal since they use garages.

Easy (but slow). Take the Miami Beach Circulator (25 cents) to Lincoln Road. Between Washington & Collins on the south side of Lincoln Rd look for the bus stop with the sign for the "S" bus North. Take that ($2.00) straight to Aventura Mall. Reverse the procedure to get back.

I notice that this year Virgin have cut down on alchololic drinks in economy.
Last year we were given minature bottles of spirits this year just a single measure, the same for wine, a bit miserly in my opinion!!

depends what type of place you want - lively with loads of high rise hotels or relaxed.
If the latter then have a look at Anna Maria Island - no high rise, no chain restaurants but great beaches, lots of locally owned restaurants and places to stay (mainly condos and houses - no hotels ), friendly locals.

About 130 miles (210km). Maybe a little more than 2 hours. It's almost all highway travel.

Hi Usedtobebarbie,
Naples is very baby friendly. How about the Naples Zoo? It isn't too large and and is an easy walk with a stroller. You can also go to the Botanical Gardens or the Naples Conservancy.

Marquibiri: Here's a little anecdote for you:
It was 1981 when I realized that skiing was most definitey not for me. I discovered this on my January honeymoon to Breckenridge, Colorado while I was being rescued from the bunny slopes. Ski Patrol-on the bunny slopes, it was a first for them. That was the end...

I haven't posted regualarly on here for some months and this is the first time I have loooked in on the forum for many weeks.
For me this forum has felt completely different for a long time and personally I feel I no longer fit in. I think perhaps it may have been the gathering threads that started the change.
This is not a bad thing though as it gives new posters a chance to...

I mention this all the time incl about the dangers of Kirkman Road for pedestrians, but then I get shot down by the Idrive brigade.
Others insist on walking along 535 under the I4 across slip roads.
We give our best advice, but some do not want to listen really. We just have to keep giving it, and hope they will stay safe.

What about one of the Emeril's at Universal or The Palm.
For Italian we like Cafe D'Antonio in Celebration. They have one on Sand Lake too.
