For Serious Scuba Divers
Published (2010-01-01 21:30:00)
I was doing some reseach and came upon this article.. It might be of interest for those who spend more than 2 weeks in Cabo and R real serious divers.. Cabo John The Socorro Islands are 250 miles due south into the Pacific Ocean from the tip of the Baja Peninsula, Mexico. Sometimes referred to as the "Mexican Galapagos," these islands have been compared to Galapagos Islands, or Cocos, for the quality and quantity of big...

Medano Beach is the only large swimmable beach in Cabo with multiple hotels and resorts right on it. Because it is so nice, and the only place to safely swim near downtown, it is also very popular and usually crowded.

So if I want to find a rich man, I look to see if he has fat ankles? And if I go to Sangrias and Rips men will buy me drinks? Will they buy my hubby a drink too :-)? Or do I ask him to sit at the other end of the bar? Married and single men with money ~ I think they both have the same, unless your married to Donna! On a side note, I think Donna and Matt are a very happy couple so who cares who is holding the money...!

thinking about a vacation in Cabo

1. You can search one of three ways...Cabo san Luca, San jose del Cabo or Los Cabos . Los Cabos incorporates whole area. As newbie I'd confine search to Cabo san Lucas town and some "corridor" hotels closer to Cabo. Corridor is stretch along Sea of Cortez that joins both towns. 2. Use the hotel tab to your upper left for TA review rankings. You'll be able to eliminate many because they are not part of RCI (like the...

YES! Get off the cruise ship tender and catch the first water taxi you find. Tell him "Tabascos." You'll have to jump out of the water taxi into the gentle surf, so be prepared. It will be about $3 per person. Enjoy!

About two years ago, NewGrama created an excellent list of Medano Beach resorts for travelers. TA members have revised, added, changed, whatever, but several of us have saved that list and share it about once a month.
I'm trying to create a similar list for All Inclusive hotels in the Los Cabos region. I'm planning to submit it as a Traveler Article, so I can't include any ...

A beautiful sunny morning, upper 60's, with some scattered cloud cover and almost no breeze at 9:30am. One cruise ship in port
I expect the town to take its time waking up this morning, after all the parties last night. Sounds like one of my neighbors still has their party going, live band with a tuba and accordion at 9am?? If Summyr were in town,...

Suze,
You owe NO ONE an apology for sharing your opinions. And, if you've said something that contained a factual error but nobody pointed it out, then how the heck are you supposed to know it was wrong if no one is courteous enough to help you out? What's with the talking behind your back? That is so uncool.
If it makes you feel better, I promise to point out all ...

1. is not very clear. It might be helpful for you to explain that you are talking about time share sales people who will approach new arrivals and try to get you to sign up to come to a time share presentation.
2/3. i agree with not flashing a wad of cash and watching for people bumping into you, but I question the advise that you should walk around with it in your shoes or ...

I would think twice before declining insurance in Mexico. Mexico does not recognize out of Country insurance. Rumors about going to Jail if you are at fault without Mexican insurance is true. Obtaining Mexican insurance can alleviate that possibility. A vacation can be ruined, along with your net worth if you injure someone or damage property, or both. Be safe, get the insurance,
