In my opinion the early stages of a traders learning curve are the most difficult. While a trader will always face the difficulty of adapting to markets and evolving, he will only once face what I consider the most difficult part once. I call it 'The coming of profitability' stage. For most people, starting out will mean countless hours and devotion to the market. Not only do you lose ...

I've lived in Colorado my entire life, and like most people who have lived here for a long time, I never take advantage of the mountains so nearby. My friend and I met up in Broomfield (near Boulder), then drove a 250 mile loop that crossed the continental divide, overall incredibly scenic. I'm surprised it took me this long to take this drive. It took us a little over 7 hours including lunch ...

Robinhood I think from the outside it appears as though those who come from University or College have some big advantage. You know what, they do. But it's not in the form of knowledge or experience as most of what they learn can be learned through ones own desire for knowledge. The Internet is great for that. The Uni and College students advantage is contacts. Their institutions they came from ...

Curious to see traders methods of meditation. Been studying NLP for some time which led to hypnosis... eventually into self-hypnosis. For me I tend to relax my mind to eliminte all thoughts and create a moment of blankness. What do you all do meditate or ease your mind? Thanks!

I'm working at a cafe at the moment. I hate it. I want to work in something close to the markets, but I'm not sure where to apply really. My options seem limited. No prop shops here. A few brokerages, applied to most already. Any ideas? I have a diploma in financial markets and completed school, that's all.
