Firstly I suggest you call Australian Customs and speak to them regarding the formalities to import a motor vehicle in Australia.
Then, I suggest you speak to the RTA regarding the requirements to register such an item in Australia.
After all this, contact a Customs Clearance Agent to see what is involved in importing and clearing it through customs.
