I wish we'd get back to replying the OPs question... In my opinion it is not really 5:95 because if that were the case there would have to be an endless supply of suckers who lose their money in order to feed the 5%. I don't have any statistics to prove it, but I think it is closer 30% who actually make ANY money, and 70% who lose.

There are so many considerations to take into account, i would basically divide the market players into two catagories, those who make and those that don't. For me personally, looking any deeper than this is futile, there are just too many combinations of if, but, how, why, when etc.

Hi,
To answer this you will need to brush up on stochastic calculus.
I will give you a few pointers and then lets see (assuming that you check this forum before your interview) if you can figure it out...

Brokerage Interview
Hi Guys,
I have a phone interview with a brokerage firm (for a graduate programme) within in the next week and was wondering whether anyone could tell me the type of questions to expect?
They have told me to expect it to last about 20mins.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
